Celebration is the clan's ambassador. While Blister is the public face, she is in charge of actually negotiating with other clans or beastclans. She isn't a particularly strong empath, but she has a unique way of comprehending the emotions and how to use them. She is not purposely manipulative, and every contract she has made has been absolutely fair to both sides. She only uses her abilities to help calm worked up parties.
Personality-wise, she has the disposition of a diplomat: cool, impartial, and poker faced. Outside of her profession, she is quite friendly and easy to talk to. She is an amazing listener, and often offers wonderful advice, if you follow it. The only topic Celebration shies away from is relationships. Having never been in one herself, she considers herself unqualified to speak on matters of love; she also never really wants to get the proper "qualifications." She understands the allure of romance, she even experiences it vicariously through others, but has no desire to actually pursue a relationship.
