~ Karai was born to an explorer who had fallen in love with a water spirit. The water spirit helped fallen spirits who were lost or had died in the ocean to their rightful place, whether on a shore or to the passed life. Although Karai doesn't have her father's spirit properties, she still wants to lead others in the right direction. She's an outspoken dragon to make sure everyone knows where she is at in case they are lost. Her pearl is always cleaned and buffed to glimmer even in the thickest fog.

~ In her time as a guide, Karai met a Bogsneak named Geno. Geno was the son of a forest guardian. He was quiet and strong, much opposite of Karai. When they met, they seemed to bond instantly. Since then, the two have started the Mystic Watchers project in hopes to raise water spirits and forest guardians just like their parents were. Although their kids may not be spirits or gods, they have the strength and wisdom of either side.
