One of the only clowns at Cirque, Neo enjoys his job though he's not very good at it. Others often end up clapping for him anyways since he looks rather... unsettling. The band-aid on his head hides the many wounds from when he has dropped his cleaver on it. Neo is normally a happy guy but has a few pet peeves which throw him off the deep end, going from happy family-friendly clown to killer clown real quick. 
For as long as Neo could remember, he always wanted to be a clown. He loved watching them in the passing circuses when he was a hatchling. Something about clowns always appealed to him. He loved the idea of someone always being happy, and someone who has a job making others happy too. Even the thought of something so crazy was like a dream to him. As the years went on and time moved forward Neo had set out to become a clown, there was only one problem. Neo lacked all the skills to become one. He wasn't very funny, he could never get a laugh out of anyone, not even children, at one point he felt like it was time to give him, there was no point in having a clown like him. That was when he discovered the fact that clowns could also do tricks too! Neo decided on juggling for his main trick, it was easy to learn even though it looked quite complex, after practicing for many years neo was able to Juggle almost anything, balls, sticks, rocks, glasses, you name it he could do it. Almost. One day Neo decided he wanted to step up his game. Knives were the next challenge for him. So Neo decided to by himself three large cleavers and yet out into the woods to practice. The first attempt went flawlessly. Okay yeah, he can do this. The second went the same. It was his third attempt which became his folly. While he tossed the blades into the air a young hatchling happened to wander over. Neo wanted to impress the child so badly he pushed himself too far and finally made a mistake... The large blade was tossed off balance and instead of landing in Neos hand like it should have, the sharp object found it's way right into Neo's skull. Needless to say, this wasn't a pretty sight for anyone, especially the hatchling watching. Neo didn't remember what happened after that. He heard a scream and soon awoke with Larazan offering a hand to help him up. Now Neo is free to practice his juggling for all of eternity wherever Larazan and the circus goes. |
