Biography

Among the dragons of Clan Windfall, there are few deities observed. Only a dwindling number of individuals venerate the deities which wrought the world with the force of their wills, the rest of the dragons concerned only with the here and the now.

That is not to say that they are without their beliefs and customs, for sailors are ever beholden to superstition and spirituality. And in Clan Windfall, the forces prayers for strength, fairness, fortune are whispered to the winds, seas, and tides.

Belief gave these dragons life and form; their hides the colour of the sea in the black of night; the beautiful multihued markings that capture the glory of dawn, the mystery of the northern lights.

Eos, the dawn, and Astraeus, dusk, are beings the dragons pray to without praying to, with every farewell wishing fair winds and following seas, every curse yelled into the air as a squall toys with a ship as though it and the dragons on it weigh nothing at all.
Their children are winds and tides, their names oft unspoken,
but venerated all the same.
