Born alongside Moonlight and Sunrise, the elder brother Sunset left their clan to find his own way. He eventually arrived in the Chromefeather Clan, and fathered several nests. When the group split into factions, Sunset decided to start his own, along with the other Coatls he had befriended. They moved to the Fire Cave, where their breed felt most at home. Not too long after, Nautical joined, and Sunset finally found a mate to settle down with.

After many years in the Clan, they were finally reunited with their brother. While their sister is bound to the Dragonhome, brothers Sunrise and Sunset are now happily back together.

Sunset's Lightning heritage means he took on the role of metalworker, eager to continue making things. He often trades with D'artagnan for tools and contraptions, and once they moved to the Rotrock Rim, they decided to share a cave and crack down on their work.
