Glacies' first years were rather normal. He grew up in a magically dominant clan where he was taught the ancient arts of both fighting and healing. To his mother's pleasure, the soft spoken youngling excelled in offensive tactics, and the great imperial female encouraged him to further his skills and even tried to instill in Glacies a mind for leading. His father, though, simply desired for their son to know how to listen to the energies around them, as is a great part of their breed's nature. The young Skydancer wanted to make both his parents proud, and so he aimed to succeed in all areas.

After a number of years honing in his skills, Glacies soon came to find a new focus in his life. It was the daughter of a healer among them, her energy fierce, proud, and passionate. Yet, the female's outward demeanor was calm with an ever present respect of others, leaving her to be known as a smart and kind individual.

The icey male sought out the dragoness called Meridiem, vying for her time and her attention. At first she seemed not to care to have anything more than a platonic relationship with Glacies, but that was not the case.

One day, two, great imperials appeared before the large clan, a pair of fae by their sides. They said very little of their intentions, only that they were passing through and wanted to know if they could be of any help to those within the group, or without. The four newcomers' offer of aid was politely denied, but Glacies found he had a growing curiosity towards them.

It wasn't long between he and Meridiem confronted the strangers, asking them of their intentions, and being met with intriguing answers as well as an offer to join them. The two gave deep thought on this matter, staying up all night to contemplate on what might come of this, as well as what they wanted out of life. When morning came, so did their response, and they said their goodbyes to loved ones.

Some time passed, and with it came new members of this wondering tribe, as well as a nest between the two skydancers. However, they found themselves wanting to do more among their new family and friends, and so offered to be of further service. It was then that the fae and the imperials spoke of a further structure for their tribe, and Glacies and Meridiem found it agreeable. However, the offer to become it's leaders was not something they had expected to follow.

Once again, the mated pair found themselves thinking deeply on a proposition that these four had set forth. It took them some days, but the two eventually came to the conclusion that they wouldn't exactly be full leaders with the way the tribe's founders desired things to be. This helped ease the Skydancers' uncertainties as they accepted to be a part of the tribe's guidance, albeit with some hesitance.

They now help lead and teach the newcomers that join the Tribe of Wondering Dragons, knowing better than their companions might on the deeper feelings of others, and being able to act accordingly because of thus.
