Nadia is a bit of a loose cannon. She has a tendency to immerse herself deep within her work, only surfacing long enough to flip up her goggles and press a nuzzle to her visiting mate, Malak. She's never given much of a damn as to what anyone else thought, not when she chose another female dragon as her mate, and certainly not when she spends hours in the depths of a tunnel she dug. Her tunnel is an offshoot of the main underground cavern of their clan. It is rough, as it was quickly dug. However, the chamber at the bottom of it is smooth-walled - it took her ages to get perfect - and filled with tablets, tomes, vials, and drying herbs, among many other things that are more difficult to describe.

She good-hearted, but can be a bit blunt and direct, often talking over other dragons without realizing it. If Malak's there when she does this, she feels the tip of a heavy tail brushing her ankle or her side gently, and she quickly backtracks and apologizes. Despite this, everyone in the clan knows who to bugle for if someone's sick or injured. She doesn't travel much on her own, but always asks the clan transients, Blackbird and Pariah, to keep their eyes and ears open for healers they might happen across on their travels. Her familiar, a Sakura Owl, often carries scrolls back and forth between her and a network of other healers. Most, she met through Blackbird's and Pariah's travels, some through her own expeditions.

Using different ways and materials to heal gives her a wider arsenal to help dragons in need. She's begun to dabble in magic, but doesn't have much of a knack for it herself. Malak lends her well of magic when she can, but Nadia often grows frustrated with her own efforts when her mate isn't there. She's contemplated seeking a more magical assistant, but leaves the bounds of the clan so infrequently that it's doubtful she'll ever find one.
