Biography

The mating contract for Twilight had been between Berenice and a male from another clan. When the eggs hatched, Twilight's darker sibling went back with her father, and she stayed in her mother's clan.

Sleek and intense, Twilight really can't understand why her mother doesn't feel she's attractive. A bit pastel, yes, but there's nothing wrong with that -- and really, pastel fits the lair aesthetic better than Twilight's own vibrant scales. (Not that Twilight's complaining. She's quite pleased with herself, and wouldn't change a thing. And, thereby, thinks her mother is being silly to obsess over wearing the bangles and paints, for there is half of Twilight's own appearance. But what can a daughter do? Ah, well.)

It finally happened. Twilight discovered... makeup. She wasn't upset by her coloration, not at all. But when she saw how much more magnificent the right paints and spells could make her? How could she resist making her wings match her eyes?
