I haven't chosen an Outsider fandragon at all yet, so lemme change that real quick -
I love that instead of going with his normal appearance of all blacks and pale grays you went with the bright colors and banners that are associated with him in Dh1! The Charming Sage apparel (especially those lanterns!!) is genius! I love the Starwood Veil apparel as well as the skin you chose for him, he looks stunning especially with the matching familiar. If I'm not wrong I think the Seashell Mantle is meant to reference his connection with whales?
It's a super interesting take on an Outsider, I love it! Just looking at him makes me feel nostalgic for the old game. I should really find some time to play Dishonored again.

Youve got so many pretty dragons but i had to pick him!! The use of colours on him are absolutely gorgeous and go so well..i absolutely love the use of gold/cream apparel to make the blues and pinks pop
