When the Stormcatcher found his own realm to govern, he realized he would need the help of elemental dragons to expand his Spire. So he called on two of his first children to help. So the two set out in search of anything that'd be useful, and came across one of the Tidelord's failed children, dying and cast away. They brought her back with them and before she expired, they improvised and extracted her soul and magical essence, which was then fused with a newly made body, enhanced with the water flight's abilities and physique. Reborn in the land of the Stormcatcher, when the dragon opened her eyes, they were eyes of lightning. Given the name Raijin, she was experimented on and tested before she was set to work. Years later, her nature as a guardian dragon revealed itself in her need to start her Search. Since the Stormcatcher was proud of his creation, she was given permission to wander, and was drawn to an area with loud thunder cracks. She came face to face with two proud ridgebacks and instantly knew that she'd follow them to the ends of the earth. She was later introduced to Ketsu and Faction 721 and the two became close friends. She was invited to become a member, which she gladly accepted and the Stormcatcher miraculously allowed. When the emperor attacked and her charges were lost, Raijin felt as if a black hole had opened up inside her, swallowing everything that made Raijin who she was. She took on the role of leader to make up for her mistake and began taking care of Eupraxia. Raijin was unprepared for leadership and despite Ketsu helping where she could, the faction fell behind and was moved to a different location further away until they could once again produce good results. While acting as an advisor to Eupraxia, Raijin still holds a lot of power within the faction and while she loves Eupraxia with all her heart, she is still unbearably empty and shoulders her guilt like a wounded soldier trying to get his squad to safety. In painful silence.  _
