Scott and Hauku made friends awhile back with a witch by the name of Lilith. This strange, over complicated dragon joined the duo when she demonstrated her ability to make stars dance around inside buildings. It was one of her first gifts to Hauku. It didn't take long for the duo to consider her a new part of their little family, even if she would never be as close as they boys.

Long after the duo gained a new friend in Lilith, she had a child, which eventually turned into two hatchlings. The children learned very quickly that the tree like imperial and the star obsessed fae were their uncles. The children absolutely adored them, so when Hauku was forced to visit the clan where Lilith resided it was obvious where he was going to sneak off to.

Almost immediately after he arrived in the clan, Hauku slipped out of his fathers bag and snuck his way over to Lilith's home, braving the dark of the dungeons to visit his friend (and avoid Scott's brother). Arriving at the entrance to the den he knocked on the hard wooden door that kept intruders out before he was greeted, almost immediately after, by a loud squeak followed by the small dragon getting practically buried in fur. The happy mass of blue and green fur was carefully removed from the poor fae by a different tundra, Crowley. "Hey Uncle Hau, we didn't know you were coming to visit. Sorry about Az, he just really missed getting to go star gazing with his favorite Uncle."

The little Family reunion was exciting, probably more socialization than Hauku was expecting but at least it was with familiar not-Scott-look-alike faces. Lilith and Hauku chatted while the boys played, Lilith summoned stars on the ceiling and Hauku gave the boys a lesson in Astronomy, the boys were finally put to bed and Lilith caught Hauku up on her life. Most of the stories she told once her children were away were less than happy, as was the nature with Lilith it seemed, but it was still nice to catch up.

Lilith offered Hauku a place to sleep until it was time for him to return home, and since he had no better place to crash (and he didn't want to navigate the dungeons at night), Hauku agreed. The fae spent a week with his witchy friend, chatting, investigating stars that only showed over the plague lands, playing with her children, and generally having a good week.

Finally it was time to go. While he had fun seeing his friend, Hauku was anxious to return home, back to his own house and Scott. He enjoyed getting to see Lilith but that didn't mean he couldn't look forward to being reunited with Scott.

Bath's were the worst, especially when he didn't have his boat and crew with him. It didn't matter if Lilith was a friend no one gave him baths. Not if he had a say in things anyway. Which is why Lilith didn't seem like she was gonna let him choose.

Hauku thought he was sneaky, hiding up in the hanging plant like that, but somehow Lilith had found him. Maybe one of the kids had tried it before? Damn it, he should have thought of that. Sadly all his pouting wasn't going to save him from the bath that he was getting carried to. "Lilith... maybe I could just take a bath later, you don't have to baby me."

"If I let you go you're going to run away, hide, and never get clean. I know when you take bath's at Scott's house you never actually get clean. You're getting a bath weather you like it or not." Lilith grumbled in response while her kids watch on, both child's face full of empathy. Neither of them liked baths and their mom had already gotten them.

"Well... maybe we could do something else? Like play a game?" Hauku asked hesitantly, glancing up at his supposed friend warily.

"What game?" Lilith asked, not even bothering to look down as she carried him. She was much too use to hatchlings trying to talk their way out of things.

"How about Hide and Seek?" Hauku asked just as he wriggled out of her clutches, racing along the floor before taking off. He was so close to the window when suddenly he couldn't move anymore. He was frozen in mid air, unable to move an inch. That's when he noticed the faint maroon aura around himself. Damn. Why did she have to have kids and suddenly get good at this??

Lilith sighed as she moved Hauku's new magic prison towards the tub before dropping him in the sudsy water. As soon as he hit the water she got to work, cleaning him off just like she would her kids, it was like she was on some sort of autopilot mode. There was no escape now, Lilith was too used to all the little tricks on how to slip away once in the tub. He was gonna die here, wasn't he?

Finally she finished, it felt like it took a century but at least he was free, and gods he was clean. It felt awful. That's when he realized she had scrubbed off Scott's beautiful art work! The nerve! "Lilith! Look what you did!"

The pearlcatcher looked over her friend before rolling her eyes. "Scott can redo it, you had some dirt on and under the paint anyway. It was pealing away in some spots too, I just sped up the process."

"Lilith! It's not supposed to come off!"

"Look at it this way, Hau, now you have another reason to see Scott. I can give you an illusion replacement for the rest of your visit. I think you're supposed to go home tomorrow anyway."

"...fine" But he wasn't happy about it.
