Is another dragon constantly sticking their snout where it doesn't belong? Are delinquents regularly shoplifting your seafood? Mercenary dragons have a simple and permanent solution - murder them. These dragons will do exactly that and much more, just so long as they're being paid for it. They can subconsciously analyze the weaknesses of dragons around them, and hatch with the knowledge of how to kill just about anything, but are astonishingly adept at controlling their actions. They can pledge unbreakable allegiance to those they intend never to harm. These hatchlings are only born into the plague flight.
