Full Name: Serende Piedra (Pronounced Seh-ren-uh P-A-druh)
Mate: Ramati

Serende resides in the Garden alongside her mate, Ramati.
An athletic Skydancer with a keen eye, Serende spent many years as a competetive racer. Her speedy career was ended in an accident one day as, while she was racing during a storm, she was struck by lightning in one of her wings. The race was immediately called off, and Serende's wings were tended to, and luckily her crystalline feathers made a full recovery. Unfortunately, the accident left her wings with muscle spasms that made continuing her racing career an impossibility.
Since then, Serende has settled down into the life of a busy-body. While she no longer flies fast in the skies, her brain still runs just as fast as ever--her den she shares with her mate is littered with a mess of projects, and although she no longer competes, she loves to watch athletic competitions.

Storm Seeker This Storm Seeker is the lifetime mate of Serende's own mate, Ramati's, Death Seeker. True to its name, this little birdie often tells Serende of oncoming storms--whether they be real or fake. It took years for Serende to catch on that her Storm Seeker had great fun in watching her scramble to rearrange any day plans because of a storm that wasn't actually coming. She still falls for it somedays, much to this Storm Seeker's delight. |
