Franklin sort of resembles a modern view of Frankenstein (despite the fact that the monster in the novel is not Frankenstein, who's the main doctor.) he’s big and strong, his abilities allowing him to shoot endless bullets from his fingers. Unlike many other members, he's cool and collected, rarely ever snapping or losing his temper, and helps when the Troupe needs to make a reasonable decision. Well, reasonalble for them. Like all the members, he enjoys the simple pleasures of killing, seen when him, Feitan and Shizuku killed all the dragons in an auction hall, relishing in every murder.
