If all you did was buy hatchlings and sell them as untrained adults for an average of 7.5k (3k profit) every space would pay for itself in 46 days and you wouldn't have to click in the coli once to train them.

After the lair space was paid for, each empty space could earn 3k. You've got 130 spaces you haven't bought or 390k a day while filling up all the lair space you have now with dragons you want to keep.

390k a day pays for a lot of apparel, scrolls and anything else you want here. :)

Let's see, besides familiars and the chests they give the other "dailies" are Tomo (there's a guide that has all the answers btw) and Crim in the Trading Post. Hoardselling junk and exalting dragons are the only other things I can think of...

First of all you'll need a level 25 Arcane dragon statted and stoned for 2-fodder Mire Training, these are called Mire Flyers. Then you just buy adult dragons as cheap as you can (on good weeks, I try and snipe them for less than 6k) and then take them into the Mire, a level 24 venue, and train the two dragons to whatever level feels right. I started with training them to 7, which nets you somewhere around 10k per dragon before any bonuses, then I went to training them to level 6, which is faster but the payout is less (8k). If luck is with me and I'm focused, I can train 12 dragons from 1 to 7 in ~30 minutes.

Another good way to get cheap fodder (especially because you've been buying lair space) is to buy hatchlings when they're 3-5 days old on the Auction House and then hold them in your lair until they're adults and either resell them on the AH for whatever fodder is going for, or train and exalt them yourself. This can shave 2-4k off the cost of each fodder just by simply waiting. I suck at waiting, though, so I just try and find people selling cheap adults.

You can only buy one crate per month, yeah -- it'll have a guaranteed 'Prismatic Token', which you can exchange for a cool festival item or sell, and a recolored retired item or cycled item, which can also be pretty valuable. There's also a small chance you can get a skin from a previous festival! There's an elemental festival every month except December, and I think there's even a special festival then anyway. I find them tons of fun and a great change from the normal training and exalting.
Okay, about the Festival. First of all, you'll want to have 80kt stored away to buy a Spare Crate from Joxar. There are skins that can be purchased for 35kt as well, so you may want to save a bit more. Though, honestly, if you don't have enough treasure at that time I'll help you out, so don't worry about it too much.

You won't need treasure to get festival currency, though. You can get it through gathering in the Lightning element and through fighting lightning-aligned and neutral enemies in the Coliseum. You'll want those level 25s for that, or at least a team of 10+ level dragons. Every venue has a chance to drop currency, so it may be a good time to level some dragons without the 25s. Each venue also has a slim chance to drop Festival chests, which have a special festival skin in them as well as 2500t and 5g. I think it's 5g, either 5g or 1g. They're neat!

The level 25s can go into any venue, even the lower one, but if the venue is too far under their level (like level 25s going into a level 19 venue) then no one will earn any EXP. If it's a team of 25s it doesn't matter though, because they can't earn more EXP, but if you're trying to train another dragon with them you won't get anywhere. The drop rates are still the same, so a team of 25s is good for farming festival currency or certain items and familiars.

To get smaller images you remove the 350 and _350 and replace the first with "avatars"

So dragons have primary genes, their body color, secondary, their wing color, and tertiary, a third color that you cant see until you put a gene on it. There are different genes available for each of these colors. You get genes by buying them and, from the "specialty" tab of your hoard, clicking on them, then choosing a dragon to apply them to. So you can change their appearance that way. Same goes for breeds, you can buy a breed change scroll.

The dragons have 3 colour/gene slots.
The primary is the body gene like tiger, vipera, ripple etc.
The secondary effects the wings like butterfly, toxin etc.
The tertiary gene is very varied as it can mostly cover the whole body (like circuit) or add a little like spines. The tertiary colour is not visible until you add a tertiary gene to the dragon. Like RippleWarden who you adopted, don't have a tertiary gene, so he doesn't show the abyss colour.
You can find the scrying workshop under the library menu, and if you use the predict morphology tool you can check all the available variations of the FR dragons. You can load your dragon by placing the ID (without the #) to the Load dragon box and hitting the button. After that you can change the genes to look how it would look like on the dragon. Many call itt the CRYing workshop as you can encounter or plan non existing variatons yet wich usually leads a long and costly breeding/geneing project xD
Here is the link: http://flightrising.com/main.php?p=scrying&view=morphintime
I used savannah as primary, spinner as secondary and runes as tertiary gene for your progen (progenitors are dragons what are you creating (custom) and wich joined (random) after creation. It can only be done once so they are sentimentaly valuable. (You can't sell them, you can exalt them however you won't get treasure for them.)
Your random got: poison, toxin and underbelly. :)
Every gene can be changed (without a removing scroll), but of course you have to buy the gene scroll.
Genes and breeds have rarity, wich means if you are breeding two dragons, their genes have a certain % to pass on.
This is a great guide on this: http://www1.flightrising.com/forums/gde/2090032

To make a different font on this site, you need to know the name of it. You can also change the size. Then you type something like this:
Code:
[size=1-7]whatever text you like

For instance, this code
Code:
gives this text!

gives this text!

The regular font on Flight rising is verdana.

Size 1 is this small!
Size 7 is this big!

You can also stack sizes to make really really small or big text.
Code:
Size 1 stacked three times is practically invisible!

Size 1 stacked two times is this tiny!
Size 7 stacked two times is this huge!

Exalting Butterscotch to the service of the Gladekeeper will remove them from your lair forever. They will leave behind a small sum of riches that they have accumulated. This action is irreversible.
