Lichen and her two sisters are the protectors of the bamboo forests, grassy plains, and small, scrubbly wildflowers that populate the Windsinger's realm, with the help of Topaz and her Nature Sprite.
Lichen is the neat and careful one of the siblings, taking pride in her appearance and keeping the others presentable. Even as a hatchling, her lair was always impeccably organised and clean. She was happy to do her sister’s chores for them to give Echeveria time to squeeze in some extra battle training or Tradescantia the opportunity to work on one of her projects – for Lichen, tidying, washing, and organising apparel was therapeutic. When the trio were still adventurous hatchlings, Lichen was kept busy ensuring they were always neat and clean for their parents despite their illicit plant-protecting quests; now, however, she prefers to protect nature through arranging functional and aesthetically-pleasing gardens and ensuring the apparel she designs for Mistral to create is environmentally-friendly.

Lichen is a new arrival, welcomed into the clan as a designer and assistant. She helps around the sanctuary with various tasks, from organizing to tending to the gardens. Without many dragons in the sanctuary, Lichen’s designing duties are mostly done part-time.
Unfortunately, the clan refuge doesn’t exactly have a tailor... Lichen’s designs are often sent off to the grotto for the neighboring tailor to complete, along with supplies from the sanctuary. Lichen will hopefully become a tailor herself with enough practice. After meeting with the grotto’s tailor, it has been agreed that Lichen will travel between the two allied lairs to better understand the craft.
