Icefyre arrived to the clan while bridging strained relations to Mugwyrt and Anushka from the Frozen tundra. He met Tintaglia here, his eventual lifelong mate, and settled down in the Nightshade Clan comfortably. Despite being one of the long standing dragons, he has always taken a passive role in the clan, happy following direction instead of leading it. Icefyre tends to be cold and distant until he gets adjusted to new faces, then he opens up to a much more friendly persona. His refinded Arcana skill has often lead to some interesting potion creations, such as a shrinking spell and a bubble barrier.

A short time ago, he was exposed to much more toxic chemicals while evaluating their properties. He became severely ill and was laid up for weeks, being tirelessly tended to by Tintaglia. Since his recovery, Icefyre hasn't been quite the same. He's become more eccentric, twitchy and prone to emotional extremes. He was even caught kidnapping dragons with his arcane magic and exuberantly dunking them in more poisonous and toxic chemicals such as he was subjected to. Needless to say, his mate was less than happy with him.
Currently he is in a behavior therapy program in flight and is not permitted off of Nightshade's grounds.
