Touko in not a natural denizen of this world...though no one would believe her if she said that she was from another world. Which world, you ask? A bloodier world, filled with danger in one city with kids hell-bent on taking that same city over.
She arrived to the the Shifting Expanse in a heap, suddenly appearing in the middle of the night in the Highland Scrub. After finding her glasses(they got off her head when she landed), Touko wandered the Scrubs for a few days until she came across Anduin. He politely and graciously accepted her into the clan, and she's been an active member ever since.
Though she still mostly reads with her Psywurm, Bu-chi.

However, when she sneezes, her personality completely changes into something far more vicious. The only one who has seen this before is Khorn, whom she(Touko) mistook for a guy at first. The person's name? Genocider Sho.
She also uses scissors! ...Special custom-made ones, to distinguish from others. Anduin has found at least one of them.
