Bottanis is this clans only scholar and memorizes information about her clan by heart. She is also the Light Rep. for The Blue Waters Clan.

HISTORY:
These waters used to be wild, the only life fish and plants, until Flood Wave the Guardian and Coral Wing the tundra came across it, and established it as their territory. Though they had their lair of under water caves and crevices they were alone, but not for long, they quickly adopted dragons into their clan. The first to arrive to their new clan were Tepperd, Black Bee, Dschubba, and Shadow Moon.
