Quiet.
A hush had fallen upon the den, so fragile. The child had come in the night, runes a soft golden glow upon the dark landscape. No parents to be seen, no caretakers. Just a small, round baby, waddling far from home.
Nouri. Nouri was his name, and quite the tough cookie he was.
It was not difficult to recognize where his home was. The golden eyes gave it all away, and so the task of finding this child's origins was relegated to Eos, the Light Representative of the den.
Eos searched high and low for the child's parents, for the nest that was likely missing such a precious son, but none came forward. None recognized the familial runes upon his flesh, none recognized the speckled stripes -- or, if they did, they kept it secret.
The child was considered for exaltion before Eos stepped in once more and took the child under his wing proper. He had fathered many before -- what was one more?

Love from Zahdernia's Lair
This is my first big dragon purchase. I never dreamed of spending 1500 gems on a dragon, or even spending 100 gems on a dragon. Definitely a large leap from my previously-most-expensive 50g dragon.
I don't regret it, though.
Thank you to Fluke for holding onto the dragon for me for the few extra hours I needed for my sales to go through. I'm so happy to have Nouri join my lair as the resident bundle of joy!
