A HUNDRED WINGS FOR A THOUSAND LOVE WORDS
Amaziel is the guardian of the messenger birds of the clan.
He loves birds : he treats them like the most precious thing in the world, he gets up early to hear them sing at dawn, and he is sad hen winter is coming and birds leave for warmer places. Our aviary became a real bird sanctuary over the time, as he kept rescuing birds and welcoming new ones. He sometimes trades birds with our friend clans' sanctuaries.
Dispite being rather gifted in light magic, he is not interested in the subject and barely trains his magic abilities.
He is friend with Mithral. A close friend. In fact, he felt sad when she chose so quickly Ealynis as her mate, as he began to feel attracted with her. His feelings had no time to evolve and now he respects her choice but at that time, he confides to the birds that he wished he had courage enough to confess before Ealynis's accident.
He met with Sevigne, the bird keeper from Saphire-Luna's clan, as they had the same hobby. She stayed in Ogrenat for a while, and they became closer. They became friends from heart, and even had a nest - one only egg hatched from it. But the hatchling had nothing to do with his parents : all he ever wanted, since his birth, was to fly along with the Windsinger, and wanted to join the exaltee as soon as possible. It was a heartbreaker for his parents, and Sevigne came back to her clan ; she missed her birds.
Amaziel and Sevigne returned to their work, too passionate to leave it, and soon, Sevigne began to send letters to Amaziel, and, slowly, to stay in contact and rebuild a relationship.
Their relationship is mainly epistolary but they are very kind with each other and love to see each other. They are not exclusive - it's more like a very deep friendship.

Amaziel's den is inside the aviary and bird sanctuary. It looks like a hanged nest. Relationships Amaziel is rather introverted and calm, thus doesn't have a lot of friends but is appreciated in general. His role in the clan allows him to interact with a lot of members on a regular basis, and his services are greatly valued. Flight Alligeance Amaziel was born in Light's domain, however is Wind dragon at heart. He doesn't care a lot though. Religion He's not really interested in religious matters. He often have a though for Windsinger in his everyday life, though. 
TRIVIA
▸ He's rather old-fashioned and thinks court should involve with talon-writing. ▸ Sometimes he answers to other dragons with bird-chirping, as he's more used to communicate with bird (or letter) than having an actual discussion. ▸ He often eats in the aviary, not in the dining hall with the other clan members ▸ His inconsciously mimics the birds : he often yearns to travel south when the weathergets colder, and is always up at dawn.

Apart of her, he is rather lonely. ▸ Master/pupil: He learned alone and don't have a student for now. ▸ Works with: Amaziel lives and works rather alone. But as the keeper of the birds, he often sees every member of the clan, especially Twingeatheago, who as the mail lady is in charge of delivering some messages to the clan members.

Un cadeau de Sévigné. Il l'emporte partout avec lui et soupire souvent en sentant la fleur venue des terres lointaines de la Nature, un specimen inconnu ici, qui porte jusqu'à lui la tendresse de sa compagne
Sévigné a hâte de revoir Amaziel, au point de n'avoir pas pu patienter même quelques jours. Elle a prétexté une lettre de Silvana à Welgan pour voler en personne jusqu'au clan plutôt que d'envoyer un de ses oiseaux habituels. Elle espère pouvoir rester quelques jours en tête-à-tête avec son amoureux. Un de ses petits oiseaux s'est cependant glissé en catimini dans ses plumes, et semble peu désireux de rentrer.
