(it's Nietzsche though, if you're wondering) • Posseses an ability to turn his own scales over as means of gaining invisibility: once turned over, they don't reflect any light, making him almost impossible to spot in the darkness. You can see this ability in action by looking at his snout and neck in the picture - they've gone completely pitch black. • High ceratin concentrations as well as eyes have bioluminescence: it is believed that the provided light further helps the dragon achieve perfect lighting for his disguise, aside from the common uses for bioluminescence. • This dragon was considered to be dead at birth. He was forcefully removed from the egg by animal scavangers. Sustaining some injuries and giving no signs of life, the newborn hatchling was given up for lost. Yet miracuously he first started twitching and then full-out moving just a few hours before the burial. Talk about clinical death! • Is constantly followed by scavangers, who seem to be attracted by his smell. One hyena is particularly intent on driving all the others away. • Unable to breed. Looks like something did go wrong, after all.

Personality: follows nocturnal lifestyle. Avoids other dragons at all costs. Enjoys stargazing and flying in isolated areas. Spends spare time practicing stealth. Possesses a fear of fire and anything that glows in the dark. Can become very violent when threatened.

* Note: the name was inspired by a videogame called Crypt of the NecroDancer, yet this is not a fandragon. Just wanted to make a quick reference without completely destroying my treasure vault.

Add later: upon further examination of his scales it was revealed that his body secrets a smelly pitch oily liquid that does not reflect light. This liquid is likely to completely vaporize in approximately half an hour. Theorizing further, it is possible the liquid never stops secreting, covering the inner side of the tightly-knit scales that do not allow it to spill. Thus, when the dragon flips his scales over, he merely exposes the already wet side, while the other half begins to gather liquid. In that case his passion for stealth may be a side effect for getting rid of excess liquid.
He only wears what he deems useful: boots for their sharp agile wheel, glasses for their capability to reflect his light (they can also work as a flashlight if he wears them on the eyes), and the cape because it makes him noticable from a long distance. It also brings him comfort, evident by the way he cuddles it when he feels secure.
