It is for exactly one reason that Liqueur made it to third tier and not fourth, and that was the ceremonial wine. Never mind that the wine is a simple side project she always kept running, and that her main output is sweet, flavoured spirits (particularly, raspberry ones are her favourite) meant to be incorporated into Bonbon's desserts; she makes wine that plays a part in a ritual to the Arcanist, so she makes third tier. The Nocturne, however, is far too kind to revel in this, and actively enjoys her partnerships with Cream and Tisane.

Mate: Cream and Tisane. All three are great fans of fancy drinks, finding them so much better than plain old water day in and day out.
