now let me tell you about pubble. i bought pubble back in may, just a bit after joining fr, when coatls were still pretty expensive. you couldnt really have hoped to buy a pretty looking coatl under 100kt, even if it was only tg. ah, back in those days, when i maxed out my fairgrounds cap every day playing tidal trouble. but back to pubble! i was always browsing the auction house for coatls as they soon became my favourite breed after my short-lived fae phase (damn why cant that be a visual alliteration too?), and also was looking for a mate for a coatl i had just won in a newbie raffle, ray. and i came across pubble. triple gened (iri shim!), relatively nice colours, i was well aware of how awful that mulbelly looked even at that time; and yet seeing that this kiddo cost 50kt, all i thought was "what a steal!" pubble came home very soon after that, maybe 30 seconds tops. though their first clutch was pretty terrible, in early june i stumbled across a double coatl in the blue+purple range for 27kt and my eyes nearly popped but not before autobuying fast. theyve a pretty complimentary range, though rather grab-bag-ish, but theyve both been here ever since and pubble, though having had suffered through the tensions of me coming to love that mulbelly and hating it again and repeating so many times, still has a loving home.
