There is a time in each Guardian's life where a great journey begins, and with it, the Search. His Search led Darshan away from his birth clan through the dense growth of the Viridian Labyrinth, from lush Everbloom Gardens into dark depths of the Shrieking Wilds.
If asked, the young Guardian wouldn't have an answer to what led him on his path. A dream forgotten, maybe, or a whisper on the wind moving the treetops, or the song of water running through tree bark furrows, dripping to the ground. He did not know.
He knew, however, that his Search was over, when he found the Blackrock Glade Settlement, and with it, the ancient Guardian that ruled over it - his Grandsire, Cahir of Blackrock Glade.
Darshan knew that it will take a while to win Cahirs trust or friendship. It would take longer still for Cahir to share his vast knowledge with the young one, and when Cahir turned his back on him once more, Darshan knew his first lesson would be in patience.
Darshan was determined to pass every test laid on him.
