In a far corner of the facility-- it's either construction or a long-abandoned corridor-- light shines from beneath the edge of a door. Inside the room, everything is uncannily clean; the walls are almost blinding white, and glowing tubes run across the room, connecting to something at the center-- a dragon, or a machine?

Suddenly something hisses and cracks open, steam billowing out from cracks in the dragon's hull. It whirs to life, a four-tone startup sequence marking its conscience. Its eyes aren't eyes, really. They glow, like gateways or lost stars. They're not even lights, like one might expect from a machine.
