- full of sunshine. bright and enthusiastic. well-meaning, even if he doesn't entirely understand social etiquette and accidentally makes social faux pas shenanigans. genuinely actually so sweet and warm once you get to know & understand him!!! (he can be hard to read for some people)
- autistic, not necessarily great at communicating, very passionate, loves training/cultivating & absolutely adores his shīxiōng (师兄) (this term basically means older male disciple/sect sibling and QYZ uses it affectionately towards YY - tbh he has what people call "shīxiōng (师兄) brain" because YY is one of the #1 things he thinks about tbh).
- SHĪXIŌNG (师兄) NOTICE ME ✧☆(｡♥‿♥｡)☆✧!!!!!!
- actually very observant, sharp, and intelligent, but people think he's spacing out because they don't understand his inner thought process and he's sometimes kind of quiet, or gets confused because REALLY CHAOTIC THINGS AND STUFF ARE HAPPENING and nobody (except shīxiōng (师兄)) bothers to explain what the fricko is happening!!!! how is he supposed to know!!!!! oh well it doesn't matter, shīxiōng (师兄) is here, all is right within the world. all of his braincells get converted into thinking about shīxiōng (师兄) or fighting/training, his special interest.
- might accidentally punch people mostly because he doesn't understand that not everyone else loves fighting as much as he does. doesn't actually mean harm for the most part. just sees a decent amount of people as a good sparring partner and also people have absolutely over-exaggerated how "mean" he is so he has a bad reputation despite being a good person.
- if you're mean and start an ACTUAL fight with him though he will GET YOU. ALSO if someone is fighting with one of his friends he can and WILL throw something large at the offender. like a bed. or a giant statue. get rekt. don't mess with his friends. (and especially not shīxiōng (师兄).)
- excitedly follows YY around all the time. very nurturing, protective, and caring towards his shīxiōng (师兄). adores his shīxiōng (师兄). would literally do anything for his shīxiōng (师兄) ok.
- if anyone says anything bad about his shīxiōng (师兄) he'll 1. destroy them on the spot goodbye. 2. absolutely ignore that because they are OBJECTIVELY WRONG, SHĪXIŌNG (师兄) IS THE BEST.
- # TEAM WEST IS BEST, let's be real (YY and QYZ were both martial gods of the west before shenanigans happened with YY)
- one time he stole an uncooked yam from someone.
- if you call some kind of important meeting there is like a 95% chance he won't show up because he just has other things on his brain. (like his shīxiōng (师兄).) just kind of does his own thing and whatever he wants to do.
- courageous, willing to jump straight into the fray, not at all daunted by things for the most part.

i think it fits his sun-related vibes better too since he's so bright and bold in comparison to YY
