Tredici is Lucky. Unfortunately it isn't GOOD luck, just luck. He turns the laws of probability on their head. The less common something is, the more likely it is to happen, when his twin and him are around. It started even before he was born. Outside the lair, a passing tundra was reinforcing a cave with a wall that bordered the nesting area. Unfortunately he did so with an ice spell. Now, that's a pretty smart thing to do in cold weather, it makes caves less likely to crush you as you sleep, but the spell affects a large area. The tundra thought that there was just rock behind the walls, not a fae nesting site. Luckily, Daijuni felt apprehensive, and convinced Matriarch Itona to use an ancient and powerful spell to rapidly age the hatchlings. They avoided the frost by minutes.
