Siefr - The Doctor?
Using a combination of magic and a knowledge of the underworld to manipulate his surroundings, Siefr eagerly performs what he calls miracles. He claims to have taken his inspiration from the wizard Sorinth and the priest Sylveon, but there are many who whisper that he learned his foul arts from Tengu he met while journeying to the Scarred Wasteland. The rest of the clan rather avoids him; only the most desperate dragon would seek his aid, though he offers it freely. His obvious affection for his fellow dragons is the one thing that keeps them from driving him from the lair
