Khione holds herself high, she stands tall and elegantly. Each step is self assured and confident. She's icy to all dragons around her, only giving a scrutinizing look to those who pass. However, when her defenses are down, she melts into a foolish romantic. |
♥Cold To The Eyes But Warm To The Heart♥

Khione entered the main hall cautiously. A young Guardian escorted her excitedly, however, her rambling fell on deaf ears. As she rambled, Khione tuned her out in favor to take in the scenery. The Everbloom Gardens where a shocking site compared to the Frigid Floes. "My mother will give you the proper welcome soon enough I just have to go find her," chirped the eager Guardian. "Of course, she's not my actual mother, I just wanted to tell you that before you freak out about our colors being so vastly different," she continued. Khione stopped listening there. The Guardian began to walk away, now only chatting to herself. Khione couldn't help but feel that leaving a hatchling alone was rather reckless, even if that hatchling was Khione, who was far more collected than her siblings. |
"Persephone!" Khione jumped as the loud scream pierced through the walls, it wasn't fearful though, the tone was angrier. She heard fast footsteps come towards her and soon she saw the same Guardian and an older Guardian bounding towards her. Khione assumed Persephone was her less than helpful guide. The other Guardian stopped to catch her breath, then regained her composure and flashed a warm smile.
"Dear hatchling, I'm so sorry for leaving you alone for even a second. My daughter Persephone, is rather new to escorting hatchlings here. Normally, you would have had a safer and more informational trip. I thought she would be able to handle this task, of course, I was proven wrong," the older Guardian explained. Her smile grew more forced as she went on and Persephone grew sheepish. "I am Demeter, and I am the leader here. Welcome young one, to Flowing Vines!" Demeter proudly lifted her head and Persephone smiled at Khione. "Thank you for having me," Khione quietly replied.
