梅丽弗洛斯，银铃般悦耳的。

亚楠人，不是拥有良血吗？她惊疑不定地想着，眼睁睁地看着自己的皮肤逐渐呈现出碳似的黑色，肌肉包裹着的骨的形状渐渐地浮于其上。

作为一名地道的亚楠人，梅丽弗洛斯也深深地沉迷于血疗。在此之前，血疗的那些骇人听闻的副作用从未在她身上显现过，因此她自行缩短了每次血疗的间隔时间——毕竟，那种迷乱、狂热与遐思，在平淡的日常生活中可是难能可贵的奢侈品。如今难得来了机会，当然要多多地享受。

正当她怀着这样的念头，而把血疗频率提升至一天一次时，意外发生了。她引以为豪的光洁肌肤如今变成了漂着骨骸的污秽之衣。为什么会这样？她想不明白。

纵然她懊丧于身体的变化，但她还是无法割舍血疗的那份快意。她披了件绣满了美丽红枫的长袍，寄希望于惹眼的异乡植物那血染般的纹样能掩盖住她的异常，接着便依然日日去诊所输血，肆意感受着陌生血液涌进血管的欣快感。

随着时光的流逝，她的皮肤已经开始角质化，口齿也渐渐模糊不清，但她浑不在意，因为她已经置身于最崇高的幸福中了。
