North, 'The Leader', quickly captured everyone's hearts when he joined the clan as a hatchling. There wasn't a single clan member that did not adore North. As North grew, his charm got stronger and he became more and more admirable.
Many girls were jealous of North's ex-mate, Moriant, because he chose her to be his mate. Many boys were jealous of North himself. Although North knew he was loved, he never bragged about it.
He remained humble about it all which made more fall in love with him.

North became one of 'The Leaders' under everyone's urging. It was only Dazai leading alone at the time so North didn't want to steal the spotlight. But secretly, unknown to everyone in the clan, Kyouka came to North one day and begged him to lead alongside Dazai. Kyouka was worried sick about Dazai and his odd, reckless behavior. She explained how Dazai is not someone who tries to get themselves killed all the time and she believes the stress is getting to him. The next day, North reluctantly agreed to become 'The Leader' with Dazai. North became much more confident after he noticed a glimmer of hope and relief in Dazai's eyes while the clan cheered for North.
