Biography

Sleak is the mad scien-, pardon, alchemist of the troupe, as well as a devoted artist.
As a proper alchemist and scientist, she values success first and safety second. She loves explosions as much as anyone else, but unlike many fellow scientists, she prefers to be out in nature rather than holed up in labs.
Outside, she loves studying and cataloging the environment (most of her drawings are creatures and plants of where the troupe passed through), and as much as a stereotype it is, her works are recorded in heaps of spreadsheets. She sometimes helps Kyuufu note the troupe's expenses down, and generally she provides her alchemy services to any curious or ill dragon - with a 70% chance of not doing a terrible mistake.

She'd been working closely together with Gloomshade, but nowadays they bicker between each other more than anything else. Gloomshade is much too.. traditional. Safe. Boring. Backwater slow in pace, and ineffective even at her best times. Sleak can't stand it. There is neither much use nor satisfaction in such a study. Science needs to advance.

Now that Gloomshade's even been given exclusive rights to study other clans' methods and rather elusive skills, Sleak cannot simply sit idly. She vocally contested such elitism, and is hoping to 'aquire' some specimen and materials. And if not, there's always another way. Why not go directly to the source of purchase some items directly? It is not like anyone needs to be notified of such.. minor investments.

Someone should be willing to help her out here in the Luminous Lantana as well - maybe Seaweed. She's always looking for some extra cash, she can do the legwork, and she can't lie if truth powders are involved. If it's an invention here or there, Sleak can afford some materials.
Lately, she'd also found much more likeminded allies in Opalessence and Rigardon. It may be a cautious, if not risky project - but perhaps the Luminous Lantana can be persuaded to be more progressive about the things that matter. Like science.
