Kendoweiss considers Veriah to be his mate, and treats Reina like one of his own.

Kendoweiss found his way to the clan as a refugee from his previous clan. Rumors have it that his previous clan's matriarch was trying to create a Emperor, and that he fled before he had the chance to see her possibly succeed and see it lead to the deaths of every clanmate. He won't confirm this, though, and refuses to talk about it or anything regarding his previous clan. Regardless of the truth of his reasons for fleeing, he suffers horrible nightmares about his former clan because of it. However, as of late, a few mysterious letters have arrived. It seems the cruel matriarch is trying to find her lost little coatl once more....
