The only one left of his line. The start and the finish. Riverwind lost his entire family to the battles of dominance. His mate, his daughter, his grandchildren and great grandchildren. They are all gone. Lost to the ranks of the deities and an unknown fate. Never to be seen again.

Bitter and lost from the loss that he suffered, Riverwind wandered the lands of Sornieth. Looking for meaning and purpose in his life now that his family was no more. His travels took him from land to land, until he came upon the peaceful plateaus of wind. There he found a clan that welcomed him and took him in.

Under the watch and care of the dragons of his new clan, Riverwind began to find peace and fulfillment once more. While he refuses to start another family, he has instead been invited to join the ranks of the Windstorm Warriors. An honor normally only reserved for those born of wind or lightning. He being one of the very few exceptions. With his new rank and role, he serves his clan faithfully. Finding some shreds of the happiness that he once had.
