Whiskers

Whiskers was the very first dragon to come to Clan Dan, back before it was even slightly a group. He was adopted by Aggie and Bloop back when they were but a lone pair of Faes, making their home in a cave. He spent a lot of time in his youth with the monotone pair, but still managed to develop a sense of humour. Nobody’s entirely sure how. Whiskers is, in fact, a bright, cheerful young Imp, and his good nature is known for helping to break up a lot of fights within the lair.

He’s an excellent singer, as well, and often in the evenings he will be enlisted to sing the hatchlings to sleep, then perform for the rest of the clan. He doesn’t mind much, as it’s fun enough to show your family what you’re good at. Whiskers considers basically everyone in the clan his family, as he was raised jointly by everyone who lived with them. He used to have a “wife”, for want of a better word, but she was exalted to the Plaguebringer, and he chose not to follow. They were hardly close, merely thrown together by his parents’ desire for him to have a partner of some kind.

Whiskers was trained by the clan’s revered allies, the Guardians of clan Adestally. Paprika and Viserys visited Clan Dan to help them become stronger, and trained Whiskers to become a great warrior. He is respected amongst the clan for this effort, and both his and the Guardians’ deeds have been archived for future hatchlings to learn of.
