Biography
Raised to Hunt the undead with her cousins, her first molt revealed armored scales like her father's, which are naturally tougher than the rest of her body. Her natural armor is excellent in a fight, though it has robbed her of some of the good looks she was likely to inherit from her mother. She is a bit self-conscious about this, though she feels that her family's mandate to quiet the dead is far more important than her appearance.
She is well-spoken and astoundingly articulate for a coatl, as many lisp around their long tongues and teeth. While much of her family is prone to use runes to seal and protect tombs and passageways, she is much more likely to use somatic components to her castings. She draws on the ancient tongues to enact her will upon the world, each word dripping with a charm or a hex.
She has more than a few scars from the fights she has gotten into over the years, though none have caused her body too much wear. She tends to fight in close quarters with her quarry, rather than from a distance like many coatls.
She and her brother Ezekiel get along well, if only for their similar interests. Their conversations are often a bit stilted, but they are protective of each other and fight well together.
After an attempt to exorcise the spirit plaguing her friend Wilde, she drew some of his curse onto herself instead. For a while, her body shown with the energy of crystal ice, and she was cold to the bone, puffs of ice always on her breath. It was a horrible reminder that she had failed. Months later, Snowshoe came to both of them and successfully absorbed their curse, becoming something of a wraith himself. Now it is that which disturbs her deeply.
