With a warrior for a father, and a deep-sea hunter for a mother, it was only expected that Viktor would be a strong, and fierce example of a pearlcatcher. However, despite a muscular appearance, he is a soft-spoken and gentle individual. This does not stop him from being Captain of The Sheep Clan's best and only ship; The Blue Pearl, which acts primarily as a source of exportation and importation for The Sheep Clan. He also allows some passengers should someone want to travel, though spots are limited, and he does not actively sell the spots on his ship. He hates when people get in the way of his crew.

Unlike most pearlcatchers, he's not fond of gossips and is incredibly quiet, preferring to use body language more than speech. His true voice is found only on his ship, barking orders and commands with a loud, booming voice many do not expect to hear from him. He commands respect from his crew, who are loyal to him, many to a fault, even.

He likes to hoard strong ropes, since they often come in handy upon the sea.
