Biography

Guardian of the ridgebacks, Viscera holds a heavy guilt. Unknown to anyone except one other dragon, Viscera and his mate, Naizo, are responsible for the cave in which caused Clan Kaos to be blocked off, trapped, from the rest of the world for the past twenty years. At the time of the Great Collapse, Plagueborn, a pearlcatcher, Viscera's grandfather, had followed the two of them to the entrance of the clan lair. He was unable to stop them, but was able to infect them both with a horrible plague. He then raced to the King to tell him what he had seen and done. Viscera, already covered in horrible open sores, chased behind him rage making his fever irrelevant . He insisted that his grandfather had gone insane, causing the collapse and infecting Naizo and himself with a vial disease. In the end Plagueborn was locked away, while Viscera and Naizo were praised as heroes for the attempt to prevent Plagueborn's sick plot of trapping them all and spreading disease. Viscera visits his grandfather in the dungeons regularly to remind him that everyone thinks he has lost his mind. It doesn't matter how many times he repeats the same phrase over and over. No one will ever believe him.
