Warbler

As a wandering minstrel, Warbler spent his youth performing in the local watering holes. Unfortunately, his attempts at poetry were not well met, and he found himself living from claw-to-mouth. He draws his inspiration from the strangest of places. One of his most infamous ballads describes a love affair between a Noggle and a Mottled Buttersnake. Needless to say there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Alas, 'twere tears of laughter - directed at him, not with him - that greeted the oblivious young drake.

Warbler met Dove purely by chance, literally landing on her as he was forcibly removed "escorted out" from his latest public recital. It was love at first sight - on his part at least. He calls her his Muse, and spends his time writing songs to describe her beauty. Pleased by the attention, Dove lets him follow her along like a bee to honey. Thankfully she's too self-absorbed to realize he is comparing her to various vegetables.
