    Cicero joined the Clan shortly before Brightshine, before the Great Migration that cut Clan Vagrilux's size nearly to a quarter of what it once was. This quiet, but very polite and withdrawn Pearlcatcher is certainly different from most of his kind. His pearl is so small, he wears it around his neck. Its speculated he never learned the importance of a Pearl, and thus keeps the gemstone small in order to more easily transport it around.

    When the Migration happened, the remainder of Vagrilux was pleasantly surprised that Cicero opted to stay with the Clan he joined not too long ago. Finding his place in the Clan as an above-ground street watcher, Cicero enjoys his job of keeping Vagrilux Core safe, and he can often be found sitting near the great pillars of the Ivory Rose Gate that overlooks the sea of a Thousand Currents.
