Bluelava bit the corner of his mouth as he worked, bending the molten metal this way and that, hoping to the gods that this time, this time it would stay together. Chain link is hard for any dragon to make. Especially a Snapper. With his large clunky claws, he knew he was bound to screw this up. But so far so good. No kinks in the chain, no flaking. It was finally working out. This was finally his moment. The moment when no one would ever call him the worst black smith again. Then chaos. Slowly it began... The tickle in his throat. The itch on the back of his tongue. "Oh gods no..." he mumbled. He tried to get away from his work, he tried to run and turn. He tried. He sneezed. The force sent spittle and molten rock around his cave. The heat exploded bottles, his massive body threw backwards knocking over a rack of freshly made and polished swords. The spittle evaporated as soon as touching the heat, causing it to steam. The large snapper fell back into his massive rump in total defeat. This was never going to work. He might as well quit. Run away. Join up with the loser clan of loser wood. As he sat feeling sorry for himself, he didn't hear the imp walk into his cave. He didn't even see him walk back to the rack in which he had worked for so long on the battle armor. "Bluelava this is amazing!" Came the deep rumble of a male voice. "Huh?" He looked up to seeing a male wearing his spittle ruined armor. "It fits perfectly! And these sparks of silver... it's perfect!" The snapper still sat confused, mouth hanging open in pure disbelief. "How much do you want for it? Oh wait until I tell the others!"
