Jithor

She is and always has been tough. She grew up surronded by only men. Her mother had died shortly after laying her nest, for she had been too weak to begin with. Providing as many nutrients to Jithor as possible had been the last thing she had ever done.

So Jithor grew up with her father and her 7 brothers, never knowing a loving touch. None of her family had time or means for affection, survival was too hard.

They lived on the outlands, a starving land long ago abandoned by dragons and humans alike. Humans had sapped it of ll of the energy and resources it once had, and like humans always do, they had left it to rot.

After the rest of their clan was slaughtered by humans, her family had moved to the Dying Land, and there they grew as much as possible. The land gave birth only to monsters and it is there that Jithor found her familiar.

It wasn't long living here, that the rest of her family passed away, due to hunger and insanity. It is by a miracle that Jithor was able to survive. She witnessed the death of her Father and her brothers, and knew that she had to leave.

And so she did. Her familiar followed her, and she left to discover a world she had never known before.

It is out there that she met Honor, a royal fae that was promised to another already. He was attracted to her tough exterior and she was attracted to his honesty.

She doesn't know how to love, though, fore she never has. He is fighting against himself to not love her. Somehow they end up back together anyways.
