Diego! Not going to use evidence from the bio for this one, but seeing from your other dragons you have a few JJBA reference but the colors and and race of the dragon really lead my guess it was Diego Brando since his dino form is a gradient of blue with yellow being the stripes and lil nobs the association was great!

Also his outfit has cowboy undertones and the whole of SteelBallrun was based around horses and cowboys so that was another hint.
