EONA LVL.5 › HISTORIAN |

INSERT | PERSONALITY | HERE
|
. Currently living in her quarters at the royal palace, she works in service of Prophecy, the king. The clan’s historian, she deals her work in keeping track of the most important exaltations. As a light dragon, the work is very customary to her, and she is well skilled at what she does. She is careful to write down every last detail and to preserve it for the clan to have for generations to come. She also considers herself to, by allegiance, work for the Lightweaver as well, since she deals with filing away the dragons who have left the clan to serve under her, although her true loyalties lie with her clan. Eona tends to live a rather cushioned life, since she has the honor and privilege of working so close to the royal family. She is incredibly grateful to the clan for having taken her in, and expresses no intent whatsoever to ever leave. She considers her clan to be a sacred oasis within the confines of the Sunbeam Ruins. She has a passion for books and scrolls, any and all that she can get her claws on. There is nothing she holds to a higher liking than the smell of the pages of old and forgotten tomes. If she were to find scraps of a lost parchment, you could be sure that she wouldn’t rest until she had assembled all the pieces and carefully reconstructed the words behind the document, and re-written it on finer paper. She has her own keen nit-pics when it comes to documents; she quietly scolds anybody who tries to cat-ear a paper, seeing it as disrespectful to the book, and offers them a bookmark instead. Hearing about clans over where knowledge is scorned and books are burned lights a fire under her tail, and those around her will hear her rants over it at all hours of the day. She’s not a fighter, and prefers to avoid conflict verbally when need be, but if someone is making statements that are absolutely ridiculous and are a smear in the face to knowledge, she can’t help but timidly speak up. She rubs shoulders with Argus, the clan’s archivist, all too often. She tends to try to avoid him when she can. She often tries to do things on her own, but struggles to, and he comes in to rescue her by cracking a joke and pointing in the direction of the book that she’d lost, but she feels often like his help is derogatory, like he thinks that she’s a child and she can’t figure out things on her own so he has to tell her. Whenever possible, she keeps her issues to herself and keeps from bringing them to him, but sometimes she is forced to go to him for advice, which he gives well. She’s grown fonder towards Argus over the time she has stayed, but she’s determined to form a place in the clan without riding on his coattails or becoming his student. She’s determined, instead, to make a name for herself, and mostly without his interference. Bio by Rebdomine |
