goodness, mixing magic? experimental potions? ruined spells? i've done all that ages ago!

remus is an old soul. the eldest member of the steppes, he knows how cruel the world can be, and how to fight off the negativity. when a coatl is born with drab, gray feathers, they are seen as a bad omen. so remus turned that into his brand - become the bad omen they all wanted him to be. simply cast a few negative spells, some jinxes, prank some people, and everyone's gonna treat you the same way, only now it's justified! but here, in the steppes, no one cares about his plumage. no one cares that he's supposed to be a bad omen. so now, while he's still casting jinxes and causing chaos, he mentors all other spellcasters about what to and not to do. and, yes, that includes casting mischief magic. and teaching it to people. all part of the plan.
