Andromeda

Andromeda is a peculiar dragon, with each of their words making twists and turns throughout the entire conversation. If you are not on her level, then you are already behind. She as seen the worl as it changed and yet, she stays constant.
Andromeda was born without the ability to see, yet she has proven time and time again that looking is not really seeing, and touching is not really feeling.
She is known as a student of the stars, learning through stories she has been told throughout her very very long life.

Andromeda met River long before that name was gifted to her. The two longed to be together, but the incarnation of River passed as had all of An's previous partners and An refused to find to forget about River, pledging to one day find her again.
When An met River, she loved spending her moments with someone who understood her, and unbeknownst to her, River was the reincarnation she searched for. To this day nobody apart from Caligulas an (shockingly enough) Anso have ever put two and two together.
