______ From the source of all disease itself, the Wyrmwound, comes ADAM of the Converted. A dead Mirror dragon infused with life from wires within his skin shows the rips and stitches where it was repaired. Smelling of a corpse and with bright orange lenses across his long since gone eyes ADAM and Galvani communicate only through the strange hums and buzzes of the Converted, a machine language dedicated to the cult that bought the Plague and Lightning ideals together in perfect harmony. The 'strap' of his goggles is stapled to the bone to prevent the lights of his eyes from shifting in decaying sockets. All four of his limbs are metal prosthetic below the joint and his wings are supported by a mechanical brace. The blood-colored discharge that stains his bandages is more of an oil than the blood that he had in life. He commands the hunting pack by linking his mind into the network of the Steelhounds, commanding them like he is one of them. The Steelhound designated Alpha is always at his side, following his unspoken orders. At time he hunts with Galvani but mostly he commands a pack of the Steelhound Golems with ruthless efficiency. He is one of the first of the Converted, part of the honored cult leaders called the Prototypes. Though the mechanisms that hold his body together are cruder than most modern Converted they are the first prototypes on which all later devices have been built on.

______ ADAM is entirely mute to those who do not understand the machine language. Though his body is obviously dead it has also been highly preserved and treated to prevent further decay and it bears no scent. His cured skin has the texture of leather and is surprisingly durable. Galvani has the responsibility of keeping his mechanisms in order. When he is not hunting ADAM is a silent statue, referred to as a Memory Machine by Galvani. He recalls secrets of the Converted otherwise lost to time. His name stands for his designation; Adapted Draconian Automated Mechanism.
