The quiet click of the door was all Assez needed to know that the parasite had returned. She rose up from her desk, greeting her father's creation with inquiry. "You brought back the goods, right?" "Of course!!" He chirpped, setting down the assortment messily upon her desk, including a tiny jar with an embryo inside. The shadow-haired girl beamed with nostalgia as her amber eyes graced upon her father's trinkets. They reminded her of fond memories of alchemy and witchcraft that had long since gone and passed. Now, she revisited the subject with a new ambition in mind. Her gaze halted at the contained embryo. With a delicate grace to her movements, Assez picked up the jar, studying it with a calculative gleam in her eyes. FoxFace smiled, gently bumping against her as he followed his gaze. She was left at a mighty fine perdicament. The best way she could learn more about her father's work, to discover the possible reasoning behind it, was to try and replicate it herself, and the parasite knew it well. Perhaps not in conciousness, but somewhere in his emotionally unstable head, was an instinctive need to multiply, despite his artificial roots. However, this would defy the rules binding him. 'Do that, and your out of here!' Her words remained on replay whenever his brain did summon them. But now, they shared a common ground. To gain knowledge, and to multiply. The two slowly looked at each other, Assez setting their 'common ground' on her desk. FoxFace grinned, the rings in his eyes condensing. In silent agreement the two nodded, ready to begin.
