B I O G R A P H Y

Oolong was one of many Ice hatchlings that drifted across the sea to the Shifting Expanse. He was taken into the clan along with 2 others, who also came from the Southern Icefields, and raised there. Knowing of his heritage but learning nothing about it. As he got older he felt drawn towards the life he never knew and he decided to leave the clan for a time to explore the world, and himself.
(Note: this dragon is not one to have flings, if he takes a mate he will settle down there or return home with his mate and hatchlings)

Uh-oh, looks like this living tea leaf wandered a little too far from his home lair (Spooner, 45393), and now he's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here. This is not necessary, but he would be very grateful!

Today I have left home in search of my true heritage in the Southern Ice fields. I have brought a bag of necessities and teas to share with new friends, I can't wait to write. about my adventures

1/6/17:
Dear Journal,

My first stop is at a wind clan. They are friendly, but the lair is a bit crowded for my taste. They have no tea houses, but they like clear, simple green tea. They serve excellent cakes that go well with my black tea leaves. After a short stay I decided to aim for the icefields.

10/6/17:
Dear Journal,

Visited Light Flight this past week. I got to taste several of their regional teas, of which my favourite must be the Sunshine Honey Tea, of which I had to purchase a sample to bring back home.

The dragons here tell me they originated from Light Flight, something I find easy to believe, since they got very concerned for my Ice origin, gifting me a White Aviator Scarf - just in case I'd visit the Southern Icefields. It didn't matter to them that I insisted that as an Ice dragon, I should be fine in the snow... ah, but a little kindness cannot be refused, that would be rude.

12/6/17:

Today, I found myself with an Earth Flight clan. The teas they offered be were surprisingly soft and herbal for such a rough environment, but I enjoyed my time with them none the less. A Guardian, I believe she is the gardener of the clan, gave me a couple portions of her special blends to take with me. To remember them by, she said.

19/6/17:

I visited a nice bed and breakfast in the Windswept Plateau. It's a charming place, and they had more teas than the other Wind Clan. They had green tea, of course, but they had others too. Some were bitter, but they still tasted pleasant. Except the sour spinach one. One was very light-flavored and sweet, though, made from some sort of flower. They wouldn't tell me what it was though. They said it was their clan's specialty. I'll have to return someday.

(I accidentally bred this dragon - the hatchlings are outside of lore and were purposefully exalted unnamed.)

6/?/18:

I travelled to a Plague Clan next. They weren’t very hospitable at first, though some slowly warmed up to me. An Imperial by the name of Dragon warned that while I may be an ice dragon,that doesn’t mean I will be able to instantly adjust to the biting cold right away. When I left, I was given a heavy mantle, a set of fluffy wings, and some herbal teas - the last being a gift from the clan’s resident tea spirit.

11/7/18:

Next came a lightning clan obsessed with MANLINESS. Being mostly smaller species, they were impressed with my great size, and believed it to be due to my teas; we had great mass brewing and drinking sessions, the likes of which I have never seen in my life. All attempts to explain my teas had no such effects fell on deaf ears. Eventually I resigned myself to remaining quiet and enjoying the fact I had least a job, and an audience.

Unfortunately, my stay was not to be long for the world. There are things in this clan... things against my species... things I cannot write much about. I barely escaped the underbelly with my life. I hope someone warns them of what lurks amongst them, or disaster will befall those dragons.

I must find safety. I don't know how far she will hunt me.
